Terms of Service

Welcome to Digital Service. By accessing our cloud infrastructure and using our node deployment services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Account Terms

To access the Console, you must provide a valid email address and any other information requested in order to complete the signup process. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys. Digital Service cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

2. Service Usage & Restrictions

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright or data privacy laws).

• You may not use our nodes for crypto-mining activities.
• You may not use the CDN for distributing malware or abusive content.
• Excessive bandwidth usage beyond your plan limits may result in throttling.

3. Payment & Billing

Services are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis and are non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account.

4. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
