Refund Policy

Our goal is to be completely transparent about our billing. Please read our refund policy carefully before deploying a node.

1. General Policy

Due to the instant provisioning costs associated with cloud infrastructure and dedicated IPs, we generally do not offer refunds once a billing cycle has started.

2. Exceptions

We may consider a refund request under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Major Service Failure: If you are unable to access your node for more than 24 hours due to a fault on our end, you may request a refund for that month.
  • Billing Error: If you were charged incorrectly due to a system error.

3. How to Request

To submit a request, please contact support via the Console or email billing@digitalservice.fun within 7 days of the charge.
